WorthMetrix LLC (“WM”) recognizes the critical importance of maintaining security over confidential information provided by WM Customers. This document is WM Privacy Policy explaining WM privacy operations and compliance efforts under applicable law.
Persons accessing the WM website and including any entity or organization for whom any of such persons act are referred to as “You” “Your” and “Yours”.
Primary Assurance
WM DOES NOT SELL OR VOLUNTARILY SHARE YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY. YOUR INFORMATION IS USED STRICTLY FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES OF WM ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING SERVICE TO YOU.
Confidential Information Protection
When You input information into the WM system, WM stores the information in password-protected and encrypted cloud storage.
Also, WM has installed and maintains technology and applications to protect against hackers and malware. WM regularly monitors and, when appropriate, updates those protections, and, from time to time may add additional tools and procedures to further strengthen protection.
As referenced above, the WM Policy prohibits voluntarily sharing of any of Your confidential information with third parties and we do not sell or offer to sell or otherwise share confidential information. WM affirmatively requires its personnel (including any contractors) to adhere to this Policy. When and as useful to service Your needs or for WM operational administration, confidential information is routinely processed within WM’s computer system, generally without human interaction. No third party (other than contractors obligated to adhere to this Policy) is provided with any link designed to permit access to any confidential data in WM’s system.
We strongly recommend, as set forth in WM Instructions and in our Security Assurances, that You aid in protecting the Confidentiality of Your confidential information by using code names for You and Your entity. Only for the purpose of payment must a Your real name be used, but please be assured WM does not store or retain payment information.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, WM does not absolutely guarantee the security of Your data in today’s turbulent technology environment, despite WM’s continuing efforts. WM’s guarantee is to make commercially reasonable and continuing efforts to protect Your data and adhere to this Policy in accord with good faith business judgment.
Information Collected
It is possible to access the WM website anonymously and, as indicated above, to provide information on any entity using a code name for the entity, but engaging our Service will result in collection by WM of certain information, which is or may be considered to be confidential. Such information is also subject to our Security Assurances.
WM also may or will lawfully collect public and nonpublic confidential information from different sources which may include:
WM may also collect bulk information (e.g. mailing lists) from sources WM deems reliable to aid providing WM services or for WM marketing. Such information may include Your name, address, email addresses, phone number(s), demographics and/or business profile data. WM will NOT associate or seek to associate such data with Your account, input or Report.
Use of Your Information
WM uses information from all sources from which it is collected or received in a lawful and ethical manner for WM’s good faith business purposes to provide its services, including for WM operational administration. Setting up Your account, operating our system to produce a Report for you, collection of payment, assisting You in using WM services, maintaining the WM website and system, and otherwise completing WM’s responsibilities, all while working to maintain our security operations, are examples of how WM uses Your information and that of other WM Customers. Maintenance includes efforts to improve and keep WM’s technology and business operations current, updated, efficient and effective.
WM WILL NOT SELL, TRADE OR ENGAGE IN ANY TRANSACTION THE SUBJECT OF WHICH IS ANY OF YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, NOR WILL YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION BE VOLUNTARILY DISCLOSED TO ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AND UNLESS REQUIRED BY LEGAL PROCESS OR LAW.
Legal Effects and Legal Relationship between WM and You
By accepting WM’s Terms and Conditions, You grant to WM the legal right to directly and indirectly and in good faith to obtain, store, manipulate, process and use the confidential and non-confidential data and information. “In Good Faith” means in accord with applicable law and with our contractual Agreement with You, including operations of the WM system to provide the Service.
Please note that, unless You affirmatively opt out, You are also granting to WM the right to market WM services to You employing Your contact information.
As it is impossible to perform without access to and use of Your information, the grant of these rights is a necessary part of the contractual Agreement between You and WM.
The contractual Agreement is strictly one of a contract for service in exchange for monetary consideration, between independent contracting parties. No partnership, joint venture, agency or other relationship is hereby established and no rights accrue to either You or WM apart from those rights set forth in the Agreement or imposed by law (e.g. duty of good faith).
Payment Processing
WM uses a secured server to transmit via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypt for payment all supplied payment information which is processed by qualified third party contractors, all of whom, by contract are duty-bound to maintain security and confidentiality consistent with this Policy.
WM does not store or otherwise retain payment information, Customer credit card numbers, Customer bank account information or other payment data.

If You are a California resident, as defined in the California Code of Regulations, providing non-business personal information, You may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 which can be found here.
Limitation Of Liability
The liability of WorthMetrix LLC under this Privacy Policy is as limited in the contractual Agreement found on this website.
Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 08/06/2022. Each time you use this Website, the current version of the policy will apply. Accordingly, when you use this Website, you are advised to check the date of this Policy and review any changes since the last version.
Disputes.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Your visit to this Website shall be governed by this Privacy Policy and our contractual Agreement , posted on this Website, each of which WorthMetrix may amend from time to time as set forth above.
